Limori : Book Three post #1

I don't remember where I took this picture....I think in Paris, but it might have been at one of the other cities on that tour. That whole experience was amazing for me: the size of my world was suddenly and forever expanded.

I am thinking about that this morning because I am reading and rereading the scenes in Sacred Scars of Sadima's painful waking up in South End, being trapped without her memories, her world suddenly shrinking, and unable to leave South End for several lifetimes ...until Thomas Marsham and the Eridians finally helped her free herself...

I spoke with her this morning for the first time in a long time and ended up crying. She knows she can't stay where she is without hurting the people she loves most. But that isn't the reason I was crying. It's more complicated than that. Alot more complicated. I can't/wont tell spoilers here, but I think I will keep doing this....telling you when I am talking to Sadima and Hahp and the others. It will help me remember I am not the only one who cares about the people I have come to love. And that will help me write what is true.

Having the updates really helps the gazillion of us who also love Sadima and Hahp. Also, I'm curious which three pages you read to the National Book Award folks in 2002.

Please keep the updates coming. Many thanks!

Pat, Thank you for all the kind words. It was amazing to be at that event!

The National Book Award selection was the lead up to the time when Hahp realizes that he finally knows someone's name....

I will try to look it up for you soon. I am madly writing today.

I am super excited to hear about more updates. I have read the first two so many times now. With that said my buddy asked for a good read and I tossed him my hardcover Skin Hunger copy and now refuses to return it haha. I still have my Sacred scars hardcover copy. But before I buy another copy of Skin Hunger I must ask if u will be releasing a hardcover trilogy when the third debuts?

Brian....thanks!!! It means everything to me to know you love the books!

No one is discussing the release the debuts, or covers yet...I still have a lot of work to do before they will start that conversation! The day they tell me I can, I will post that information here... (I love the covers as they are....but???)
